What is the normal delivery time for the wedding films?

Our standard delivery time is within 90 days after the wedding date. However, for those who opt for our express delivery service, you can receive your professionally edited film within just 30 days. This ensures you can relive your special day sooner.

​​Can we request a specific style or theme for our wedding film?
I understand that each couple has a unique vision for their wedding film. Whether you prefer a cinematic, documentary-style, or a more artistic approach, I am here to tailor my services to match your style and preferences.

Is there an extra charge for travel? All wedding venues within a 3 hour radius are not subject to any additional travel costs. For travel over 3 hours or international, there will be some travel expenses calculated and shared during consultation.

​How do you handle music preferences in the wedding film?
Your music preferences are crucial to personalising your wedding film. We encourage you to share your favourite songs or let us know the mood you envision. 

 

​Is there an upfront payment required?
To secure your wedding date and make it official, we require an upfront payment of 10-20%. The remaining balance can be settled according to the agreed-upon schedule outlined in the service contract, usually 1 month prior to wedding date.

​How many hours of the day do you film? 

I usually film for around 10-12 hours, this is sufficient to cover the entire day. If you require longer, please discuss during consultation where I will try to accommodate.
